2) Return Window
- Physical products: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags/accessories included).

3) Non-Returnable Items

4) Start a Return

5) Condition & Inspection
Returned items are inspected on receipt. We may deny or adjust refunds for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
6) Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit if you request it) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
7) Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping. For defective/incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

9) Damaged/Incorrect Items
